Garena Free Fire always brings a new version every two months, and updates most of the time are always getting new features, weapons, pets, collaborations, and others. In a few weeks, Garena will release the latest version of its battle royale, ob36, which should bring several new features to Free Fire.
Free Fire OB36 Update Time
With an entirely new theme (however, not yet revealed), OB36 is scheduled to be released on September 14, 2022. As usual, maintenance should start shortly after 00:00 or 01:00, with its end scheduled for 09:00 or 11:00 am (BrasÃlia time); the game update in the app stores may arrive even before the maintenance ends.

The dates quoted above were based on the gold royale end date, as it is usually updated when a new update arrives in the game.
It is worth remembering that Garena has not commented on the date of the next update so far, so there may be changes if necessary
Users must wait for the Free Fire OB36 Update full of news and new events, so far it has been confirmed by Garena that we will have a new character and a new pet.
Users can test the news that will be coming to OB36 in advance through the Advanced Server, it will be open to users this Thursday (01) after 04:00, see below the step by step to register and access the advanced server.
For the player to be able to register to participate in the free fire advanced server, it will be necessary to log in through Facebook or Google; below are the steps for you to register to participate in the new edition:
- Access the Free Fire Advance page by clicking here;
- Then click on the “login with Facebook” or “login with Google” button;
- After logging in, fill in all the fields with the data that will be requested by Garena (Email, Phone number, etc.);
- After that, your registration has already been carried out, now you just have to wait for the release date of the advanced server.
- After the player downloads the game on their smartphone, the player must complete the following steps to be able to access the game:
- Open Free Fire Advance Server, and on the loading screen click on the “guest” button;
- Right after that, the game will ask for your battleroyale experience level, “beginner“,” intermediate,” or “veteran“, select your experience level to proceed;
- A new account will be created automatically, to finish click on “let's get started” (the player can edit their nick if they wish);
- To complete the entire procedure, enter the activation code that is provided to selected players on the Free Fire Advance Server website.
Free Fire is an action-adventure mobile video game of the battle royale genre, created by the Vietnamese developer 111dots Studio. In 2017 the game was purchased by the developer Garena, today it has all the rights to the battle royale.
The game got an open beta in November 2017 and was officially released for Android and iOS on December 4, 2017.
Recently, Garena Free Fire, or just Free Fire, received a major visual overhaul, the overhaul ranges from its newest logo as a menu and other various visual improvements.
